Update whole bunch of packages, resolving various error and vulnerability warning messages.
Had to lock bigchaindb-driver to v4.1.0. The recently published v4.1.1 was published without running the actual release script, so the dist/ folder is missing in the published package, which in turn destroys our Get Started page.
