I have never consented to my github and open projects being scraped for AI purposes, the fact it is freely available for anyone to look at does not mean that scraping for AI/LLM training was consented to either now or in the past.
know that opt-out is not consent and it seems like many organizations seem to violate consent with a rapist mentality thinking that if they didn't say "no" it is fine when it is clearly not.
I was not aware of my code being used in this repository the day before I created this issue and I am sure I am not aware of other projects or don't even get to opt-out in the first place, opt-out is a step in the right direction; but still an extremely small one to justify that we had the chance to object when we might not have the time and effort to find out about the next person trying to scrape and monetize our code when we don't get to see even a single penny.
I advise you change strategies to an opt-in basis instead if your goal is truly "open and responsible development of LLMs for code" because what you are doing is not responsible and only marginally better than scraping it without notice.
I hereby opt out of all past, present and future AI scraping tools to be used on my code, if you do want to use my code for whatever reason you can contact me on scraft161@tfwno.gf where we can discuss the details on how and what. (PS: if you're somebody scraping my github for code and just found this after you included me in your model though luck; this is what is feels like for us every time somebody like you comes along)
