Can i run starcoder.cpp locally on Windows11? Will 16gb ram be enough for it? #8

Yes you can by following the instructions in READme. 16gb should be more than enough for santacoder (It may be a little more tricky for starcoder for now, but it should be possible to reduce the allocated memory)
