We are using the BC4WP plugin and we want to send abandoned cart emails. We have been told that they aren't sending due to customers not having the Exclusive Offers field selected when signing up. The field is in the list on account sign up fields but doesn't show on our registration form.
Is this the case? If so can it be added to the form please?
