Added assets build tools Bump tested up version

Hey @MlKilderkin, would you mind adding/doing the following for this PR:

Include the .gitignore so we don't accidentally contribute node_modules et. al.
Build the assets again to make sure the built assets are current with this version
Would love it if we can add a little documentation in the README on how to use the build script (basically what you mentioned in Slack).
