feat(core): add FeaturedProductsCarousel and use in Homepage

What/Why?

• Add FeaturedProductsCarousel component that uses the VIBES FeaturedProductsCarousel component.
• Define a new fragment for FeaturedProductsCarousel.
• Import VIBES component needed to render VIBES FeaturedProductsCarousel.
• Use new component in Homepage to render Newest Products.
• Add messages in dictionary.

Testing

Locally carousel renders.
