Getting error after using stencil start command - not ok -- Error: Could not fetch a list of the store channels: Request failed with status code 404 #1116

Environment

Stencil-cli version stencil --version: 7.2.0

Node version node -v: v18.16.0

NPM version npm -v: 9.5.1

OS: Windows 11 Pro
