Selecting "Loading" in one of the library lists crashes the remote

Just press the "Loading" list item shown whilst it's loading a view and the 
remote crashes due to no checking in onItemClick.

I can confirm this, and a possible fix is to use a status dialogue similar to 
how the various cover art is downloaded.

Nah, it's an easy fix. They just need to check in the onItemClick handler 
wether it's the loading item or a real item.
