Download album covers doesn't work #408

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open remote
2.click menu button
3.click download covera

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the covers to be downloaded. Instead, the app recognised the number of 
covers to download, seems to go throught the whole list but finishes with a 0 
covers downloaded message after going throught the full list. After that, if I 
check the sdcard content, I cannot find any files in the xbmc folder.

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
Xbmc 0.8.4 beta

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Nexus one with cyanogenmod 6.0.0

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
Xbmc4xbox 3.0 beta 2 revision 30688 - 10/10/2010

I have a fix for the download covers problem. Basically, you have to check if 
xbmc is running on an xbox and if so, stop using microhttpd. 

I've attached the patch... Please put it in the next version if your satisfied. 
I`d love to have that working again...

Excellent work Steve!

I merged your patches into v0.8.7 beta1 and I can confirm I'm now able to view 
album and artist thumbs with XBMC4XBOX v3.0.1-r30962

I can confirm this bug on remote 0.8.8-beta1 build Revision 808 with XBMC 
12.0-alpha7 (it is a RaspBMC, XBMC on Raspberry Pi).
