Feature Request: Automatically start xbmc remote von xbmc start #422

It would be helpful, if xbmc remote would be started when xbmc is started. My 
idea is to have an invisible daemon which listens on the xbmc start and starts 
xbmc remote on the android device.

This would imply a service that checks for XBMC's broadcast messages. As 
service would imply no app2sd support, so this is unfortunately out of the 
question.
