dharma beta 2 crashes when selecting play episode or movie from media browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dharma beta3 on win7 x64 
2. Run remote and browse to show
3. Select play episode 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the media to play.  However, Windows displays a "program not 
responding" dialog and xbmc crashes. 

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?

0.8.4-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?

Nexus one, CM6 nightly #222 

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?

Xbmc 10.0-beta3 r34730
Windows 7, 64-bit (WoW) build 7600

Please provide any additional information below.

I am currently using Remote 0.8.4-beta1 build 703 with XBMC 10.0-Beta4 r35067

Please note that it crashed twice within this log.  It didn't appear to make it 
into the log though.  The second time it crashed I waited until 1:42pm to press 
"play episode".  Windows popped up the "XBMC is not responding" message and the 
log shows no useful information as to the fault of the crash.
