Music playlist screen should show artist and/or title, not filename #475

I am using a filename standard that does not fit on the android screen and it 
isn't very readable. I know of people how use some sort of sequence number as a 
mp3 filename. It is far better to use <artist>-<title> or <title>-<artist>

That's all we get from HTTP API. This will change once playlists are managed 
correctly by JSON-RPC (Montellese is working on this as we speak)
