Back or Home button on remote control screen for Devices without Hard Buttons (NOOK Color)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launching remote on a nook as there is no back button on the remote and no 
hard back button on the Nook Color.
2.Every other screen works perfectly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of XBMC Remote are you using?

v0.8.5-beta1

Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?

Nook Color

Cyanogen Mod V7 (Nightly V5)

Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?

Revision 730

Please provide any additional information below.
I am aware there are workarounds for this like remapping the keys but I don't 
want to lose the ability to control the volume with the hard keys.

You may want to try Button Savior, so you won't experience this issue in other 
apps

This issue can be closed. Button Savior works but more importantly Cyanogenmod 
added a persistent navigation bar to the ROM even for full screen apps.
