Display Folder View as top level menu item #498

I'd like to see "Browse Folders" or similar entered as a top-level item in the 
XBMC remote main menu.

XBMC has no generic file system that you could browse, it is divided into 
sections such as music, video and pictures. You will need to choose this first 
as it is currently the case.
