The domain name quangcao.tuoitre.vn is already in the file hosts-VN-group.txt
raovat.tuoitre.vn is a buying and selling classifieds site, similar to chotot.vn. I will try reporting filters to block these banners!

This is a good justification. Thanks @bigdargon. I think this PR could be closed as you report the banners.

@sonbua You updated the latest ABPVN filter, which was fixed in the commit https://github.com/abpvn/abpvn/commit/d2bebdb9e2ec00aaa45bc8dc8019ca5f8c047d53 https://github.com/abpvn/abpvn/commit/f26e8c7f69fc98a58c2c1a572ae3bc9f16721866

Having a look at the PR, I thought there would be room for improvement instead of just hiding the element. But that's another story. Thanks @bigdargon!
