What classes with the lowest grades are the most well liked.
Which department has the highest average rating for courses ("AvgCourse")?

Does the instruction tends to give out higher grades if they teach more classes? or the reverse?
What professors should be fired? This is based on the average instructor score and the average grade for the class. A professor with a low score, and a low average grade should be fired.

Compare instructors within Departments against their Departmental average and if in the bottom 5% (10%?) of the (course_rating + instructor_rating) then a recommendation of termination is given.

Was previously "What class has the lowest ratio between credit hours and time spent. (Credit hours/Time spent)?". I thought the Hrs_Wk would be averaged but only used a cutoff so many classes had the same ratios. I just simplified it down to which had those maximum hours.
