Corrupt file in .git #20

I am trying to upload my week4 indiv. and I keep getting this error:

error: object file .git/objects/63/b7bdfc2ef007e86261225ff5f0b7bcdfa15d24 is empty error: object file .git/objects/63/b7bdfc2ef007e86261225ff5f0b7bcdfa15d24 is empty fatal: loose object 63b7bdfc2ef007e86261225ff5f0b7bcdfa15d24 (stored in .git/objects/63/b7bdfc2ef007e86261225ff5f0b7bcdfa15d24) is corrupt fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

I am not sure where to find these corrupt files or if something is missing that I can't pull/merge.
