Questions for Q4 #67

Hi,

In the question 4 of the team assignment, what's the meaning of "quotes"? And what is "all Tranzact accounts"? Does it include the accounts without services?

These are my thoughts on Q4 - if you were going to give the customer some attention to keep them happy or try to gain more business (ie. quotes for new business), how would you rant the customers? I assime Q4 is existing customers and Q5 is potential customers
