Enable the processing functions be applied on only selected channels in data set #134

Example adding a 'Transform' option to one channel out of a two channel dataset would complement the 'Align Channels' option to also allow for sub-pixel shifts and rotations.

@nornil Did you test whether the Transform processing step works properly as it currently is?

I just did, unfortunately not working properly yet. nothing happens when you press transform on my Fiji version.. What was changed ?

There was a bug, does it work now?

now everything looks normal but the new transform window still hangs when I did a x-shear..

could you please paste the transform here?

OK nice. Tested 1,0,15,0,0,1,0,0,0,0,1,0. Works now !

any idea why it was hanging before?
