Restructured project into python package and added setup.py. #2

Hi @bigdong89,

First of all, many thanks for the great work. Your package is really usefull to me in my work.

I've made some minor adjustments to the project structure and added setup.py in the hope you could maybe publish it to PyPi.

One small thought: if you are planning on publishing it, maybe it would be an idea to come up with a more informative name for the package instead of xgboostextension.
