Need pre-built Windows binaries #20

#1 Please provide pre-built binary for Windows in the download section.

#2 Please list Windows requirements (which range of version of Windows that it 
should support), and which versions it has been tested.

#3 I added a link to this project in my new STM32 wikipedia article.

This was written under Linux with out any support for windows as I do not use 
windows. If you cant compile it, you shouldn't be using it anyway, its a 
developers too.

But thanks for mentioning it in the wiki :)
