Create benchmark directory. #260

Implement a benchmark directory with a simple script to install previous versions. Use the benchmark module to create benchmarks to exercise different Cadence operations and compare them to other libraries such as streamline and async.

This has been created, but it is stuck on not having a benchmark library that will respect the trampoline.
