fix: Reorder logic for module definition #302

This makes it so when compiled with browserify or anything like it the module is properly exported.

Please note that the documentation is off. Cadence Redux is a performant implementation. The main Cadence implementation is blogged down with too many features that I never used anyway. I'll be updating the documentation over the weekend. Thank you.
