Move existing Stencil language tests off to one side. #176

In the directive unit tests, and the tag tests that have been converted, move the tests that use the current, incomplete, very taggy implementation of the Stencil language off to one side. In the test harnesses, rename the variable to _stencil. We'll use stencil to test the latest incarnation of the Stencil language.
