Add more comment, recommend to edit website tutorial #15

Hello @bigfish24, I just follow Building a Swift iOS Search Controller, in Realm and I found one comment is needed for this tutorial. This website forgot to tell to set entityName and searchPropertyKeyPath. I recommend you to add more description.

p.s. I added some comment in code too. Thanks, younatics

More, It will be helpful if you tell users about useContainsSearch, sortAscending too
