the base db2image is private so need a way to handle docker hub login to gain access.

access to the db2 image when user's docker hub account has access. So include docker login in the vagrant provision. Credentials can be passed via environment in this way: DOCKER_USERNAME=foo vagrant up Don't want these echoed back.

Base box has not enough memory or CPU, need to increase these. 2 CPU 4GB memory

The Vagrant file should move under besserver and the provision script named so that it's clear it provision a besserver
remove the port forwarding
