add build wrapper for besclient #4

make building client images easier with a build wrapper that uses command line options to set the values in the Dockerfiles so user doesn't have to edit the Dockerfiles

fixed by 180448531176b223265535d0322c9878a1b4dfd0 which adds build.sh that takes the BES_VERSION from the environment modifies the Dockerfile at runtime
