Fugio Qt5 to Qt6 #88

Fugio is currently built using Qt5, which is no longer actively maintained (although it is in LTS)
Fugio needs to be updated to support Qt6. This will be a complete binary incompatibility to Fugio 4.0.0 and earlier.
While this should be a minimal issue to the end user, all apps and plugins need updating.
