Can we save some cycles by skipping ISR on FOUT interrupts? #38

Maybe by messing with the interrupt priority bits to trick the PMIC into thinking an interrupt is already in progress?

While maybe possible, empirical tests suggest That this would not be worth it. The difference in power usage between an empty interrupt once per second and no interrupts is barely measurable.
