Silent restart is nice for like when the battery gets momentarily disconnected... but maybe we do want feedback for that so we know it is happening? Or maybe that never happens with new low power code since it can coast for several seconds without battery power.

Currently show ------ ------ for 1 second while we wait for RTC to (possibly) warm up. Long enough to be noticeable, short enough to not be TOO noticeable.
