Upon the start-up of the application, the corresponding sample data are not displayed.

Hello, what do you mean the following sample data is not loaded when in the picture you sent us the data is presented. If you're refering to the picture, we did not believe we should have loaded the sample data with a picture as to our knowledge most of the users will want to start with a fresh screen.

Moreover, no explicit mention in the user guide has said that the sample data will be loaded with a picture.

Lastly, this does not inhibit the user from continuing the use of the application and does not deviate from our application's core features. Therefore, we hope this is to your understanding.
