Hello, as you can see, you are able to insert two differnt "The Office" if they have at least one different value in their fields.
In your example, you are adding "The Office" with only the type movie, something you already have in your list, because the unfilled fields are given default values. This is to prevent you from having duplicates in your watchlist in case you have forgotten.
Moreover, the search function usage shown in your list has two different versions of the "The Office" (British and American), something the applications allows and understands as different. Thank you and we hope you understand.

I am not able to add the TV show called "The Office" because it already exists in the watchlist. However, I managed to add 2 of TV shows titled "The Office" using the search function.
