There's some weirdness around NovusAgenda that may make scraping and fingerprinting difficult.

One of the canonical definitions of a CivicPlus page:

Has a "Powered by CivicPlus" footer, right.

Behind the scenes it's loading a page from novusagenda dot com.

And Granicus appears to have ... bought the product.
