clean up repo #14

Make sure there aren't any extra unnecessary files added. Remove all the old california data files.

I've removed most of the old notebooks. Now, removing some of the old data. I'm keeping the historical data as it is part of the new analysis. I'm going to pull in the new data and re-run the analysis after. Then we should be all good.
