The economy may be doing well and COVID layoffs are in the rear-view mirror but some states' lack of layoffs is suspicious and I'll need to follow-up to verify.
Oklahoma reported a warn notice every two weeks, and now has reported nothing since February. Data source does not appear to have moved.
