CA transformer leaves HTML fragments

King’s Fish House "Nutrition Corp, Inc. dba Fresh ‘N Lean" Pak ‘N Save Foods May make sense to un-encode HTML.

Bunch of states may be out-of-date / have broken scrapers, which may or may not have existing issues.

Start with: WI 2021-06-18 DE 2021-06-24 OR 2021-07-06 KY 2022-01-20 FL 2022-12-27 MT 2023-02-06

With non-broken spreadsheet tool, double-check that all postal codes are properly flowing into consolidated.csv

WI and FL are patched.

I've drafted KY but need some work - -maybe next week.

OR's on my radar and I had ID'd an approach..

I seem to recall MT and DE are just not very active states.
