I tried to build NAudioFLAC on three different computers, and I am getting the 
same error:

The command "copy 
C:\XXX\practicesharp\NAudioFLAC\Library\LibFLACDLL\libFlac.dll 
C:\XXX\practicesharp\NAudioFLAC\Library\bin\Debug\" exited with code 1.

The Practice# NAudio Flac project and libflac have been abandoned in favor of a pure .NET nuget package - https://www.nuget.org/packages/NAudio.Flac/
