Repair upload to pypi #34

I was doing it wrong. Let's try this.

@mmerce - It seems like the wheels have been uploaded, so if you want to give it a shot at some point, be my guest. For windows, of course, there is no wheel, but I'm pretty sure I'm skipping the compile step in setup.py now for windows, so installation should still proceed fine.
