Swift 4 Support #267

This PR brings all the projects up to date for Swift 4 compatibility. No major code changes were required, only project changes at this point. There will possibly be some additional improvements before an official Swift 4 version is released.

Marking this PR as do not merge for now, pending a Xcode 9 / Swift 3.2 release.
