One of our users has uploaded the following set of features (attached). Current "stable" branch and OPG deployed online (Omics Playground v3.4.4-master240723) and also previous MPoC fail to detect correct probe types (UNIPROT ID). There are also great differences between 'stable' and 'main' in pgx-ensemble.R which should be harmonized. This is a key issue for proteomics data analysis.
