rjson is not in pkg.used, but it is a dependency of one, because of that it tries to install latest version (0.2.22) which requires R >= 4.4, crashing the install process; for that reason we have to force it to be installed on that particular version even though it is not found on pkg.used -- this might be useful for the future as well
