Stop showing things as undone due to rounding errors. #3

I kept getting some random instances where the page would show something as nearly complete, but the science would be 16.2 of 16.2. This change checks for that condition and calls it done to make things more consistent.

Thanks for the pull request liquidgecka. Could you send you save game? I'd like to understand the bug.

I'm sure you are right... the completionist in me doesn't want to show things incomplete even if there is 0.01 left to collect.
