We can

[x] convert 'and', 'an', 'end' to 'N'
[ ] convert 'then', 'than' to either 'N' or '10'
[ ] else re-prompt the user. Be careful here! If we allow saying things like "When is the next Dublin/Pleasanton train", then this will be a problem

Not going to bother with the other two tasks... they seem not worth it
