After entering Twitter data on Show Tweets, get "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add "Show Tweets" web part
2. Fill in account info
3. Click Ok or Apply, both cause error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to see tweets.  I see error output instead, "Value 
cannot be null. Parameter name: value"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using the latest build 3.3 on windows 2k8.

Please provide any additional information below.

We are facing the above problem in our Prodction site.

The Show Tweets webpart through the error:Value cannot be null. Parameter name: 
value
please let me know the cause/solution ASAP.
