What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Link to a protected account via sharepoint web part
2. Add an image to timeline
3. Add a link to an article on bbc.co.uk for example on timeline
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
2. The image is displayed as a thumbnail and is clickable to full size image. A
link (t.co) is also provided, but links to the timeline via poping up a
browser. Being a protected account, access to the full size image is therefore
blocked. Is there a way to either hide the link (just allowing click through
via the image), or to get the link to use the same url as that used by the
clickable thumbnail? (not forgetting target=_blank)
3. The url does not open a new window or tab, so navigates the user away from
the original sharepoint site. target attribute missing on link.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sharepoint 2007 version (wss3.0)
