KORE - episode sorting #209

Episodes are in wrong order Also KORE dont have any sorting options

It looks like the 'sorting' thing is issue for KORE for long time now. They change order few time with hardcoding it. This will be for some time open for coming back to the topic, but this is not an Nakamori issue - as the default kodi web interface work fine.

This is issue for anything <=Kore 2.2.0; Patch was merge. This should be fixed there. If not, I will reopen. No need to leave it open;
