[ ] Test the mixture are the ones expected. This can be done by running [task.name for task in seqio.get_mixture_or_task(MISTURE_NAME).tasks] and comparing with the paper.
[x] Setup package to optionally have seqio_tasks flavor. The idea is that seqio should not be a hard dependency because I'm guessing the repo should be able to reproduce t0 using pytorch only, and seqio was mostly useful to have full integration is Google exosystem.
In order to install the seqio_tasks flavor. Please run pip install -e .\[seqio_tasks\]
