Make market names clickable in Orders and History tabs #150

To improve consistency and usability, the market names in the Orders tab (including the sub-tabs Opening, Closing, Finalized) and the History tab should be clickable, allowing the corresponding market to be selected.

Additionally, in the Positions tab, when the 'Aggregated Positions' view is turned off, market names should also be clickable.
