Add Telegram, Docs and Twitter buttons to the Bottom Bar #87

Addition of the Telegram and Twitter buttons aims to create user engagement and provide quick access for users to ask questions and give feedback. The "book" button will provide access to the Knowledge Base/Market's Reference Guide.
