Need help to build vpnc apk #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download code via svn checkout 
http://get-a-robot-vpnc.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ get-a-robot-vpnc-read-only 
2. Need instructions to build apk (Compatible to VPN_Connections_v099.apk)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
vpnc apk

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Samsung Android i7500 on Android 2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Need to do research to resolve the following issues:

1. vpnc is difficult to connect to vpn server (timeout) when the data service 
is in fair condition.

2. vpnc may crash if vpnc fails to connect to vpn server for a few times.

3. Can not set internal dns for vpn.

Also, I got a lot of error msg in AndroidManifest.xml, VPNC.java 
(MonitorService not found)
Progresscategory.java (etc)
